Proof of Purchase
When purchasing online at, your packing slip, sent with your shipment, serves as a receipt. If you purchased CCM products through an Authorized CCM dealer, their receipt serves as your proof of purchase.
  Evidence of original purchase is required, so hold onto your sales receipt or packing slip. 


If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from CCM, you may return your unused item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for either an exchange or refund of the purchase price (less the shipping and handling charges). Restocking Fee of $10. 

Product must be unused and in original packaging along with original receipt and paperwork.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of shipment for all items.  All shipping charges associated with orders and returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Please Note: Color matching is not a warranty issue. If you should end up getting a color you are unsatisfied 
with, it falls under a standard return, with the customer cover all occurred shipping cost and a re-stock fee.

Lifetime Limited Warranty:

Evidence of original purchase is required for warranty service (this is your sales receipt or packing slip).

What the warranty covers:

All CCM products are thoroughly inspected before leaving the factory and are expressly warranted to be free of faulty materials and/or workmanship. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

This warranty is invalid if this product is:

  1. Damaged due to careless or improper maintenance, misuse, abuse or usage not in standard and sensible manner.
  2. Serviced or repaired by persons other than CCM Technical Staff.
  3. Modified, aligned, altered or tampered with

This limited warranty is the sole and entire warranty pertaining to the product and is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties of any nature whatsoever, whether express, implied or arising by operation of law, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  This warranty does not cover or provide for the reimbursement or payment of incidental or consequential damages.

What CCM will do to correct problem:

In the event the product fails due to a manufacturing defect at any time during this warranty, CCM will will repair or replace the product (at  CCM's discretion) and return it to you without charge for parts, services or any other cost incurred by CCM or its representative in connection with the performance of this warranty.  If your product is not covered under warranty, it can be repaired or replaced for a fee.  CCM will contact you for the cost to repair or replace your out-of-warranty item. All marker repairs that CCM deems to NOT be a manufactured issue will be fixed/repaired at the standard shop rate of $30 an hour. Customers will be notified of charges prior to issues being addressed by a technician.
